Which audio format should I choose?
MP3 plays everywhere. M4A (AAC) is smaller at the same quality and suits Apple devices. WAV is uncompressed, for editing. Opus is the most efficient, but not every player supports it.

Can I save only part of the audio?
Yes, in the full editor: open More options, trim the video, then choose an audio format.
Is my video uploaded?
No. VidFold processes the file with your browser’s own video APIs, on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and location and device details are removed from the export by default.
